Refurbishment of the Beta 1 building for the company DigiPen

DigiPen, popularly known as the videogame university will be leasing the former Beta 1 building on Zorrotzaurre, which has been refurbished by Bilbao City Hall. The building has a built-up footage of 4,702 sq. m. distributed over 3 floors, of which DigiPen occupies 2,620 sq. m., split up into some fifteen classrooms.
